This policy explains what information The Compadre collects through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Effective August 6, 2026.

Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site or call the number shown on it, we collect the information you choose to provide. That normally includes your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, and a short description of what happened to you, which may include the type of accident, the date, where it happened, whether you were hurt, and whether you have already spoken with an insurance company or another attorney.
Please do not send us sensitive documents, medical records, or detailed facts about a case where you already have a lawyer through this website. Use the phone number instead.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, your general location derived from it, the type of device and browser you used, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed, and the website or advertisement that sent you here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Categories of information we collect
Stated as categories: identifiers, such as your name, phone number, email address and IP address; commercial and internet activity information, such as which pages you viewed and which advertisement referred you; geolocation information at the general city or region level; and information about a possible legal claim that you choose to describe to us. We do not knowingly collect your Social Security number, your driver license number, your financial account numbers, or your immigration status through this website, and you should not enter any of those into a form here.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to evaluate whether we may be able to help with your matter, to contact you about it by phone, text message or email, to answer your questions, to keep records that the State Bar of California and our own professional obligations require us to keep, to comply with the law, and to protect our rights. We also use technical information to keep the site working, to understand which pages are useful, and to measure whether our advertising is reaching people who need help.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising purposes.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may call or send you text messages about your inquiry, including messages sent using automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of hiring us or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also call us at (855) 222-4151 to opt out.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only by us and by the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site may use cookies and similar technologies, including tools provided by advertising and analytics companies such as Meta and Google, to measure how our ads perform and how visitors use the site. Those companies may set their own cookies and may collect information about your activity on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can usually opt out of interest-based advertising in the privacy settings of the platform showing you the ad. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this site or from contacting us.
Third parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site, as described above.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is still no common industry standard for how a website should answer that signal, and this site does not currently respond to it. We are telling you this because California law requires us to say so plainly.
Who we share information with
We share your information with the companies that help us run the practice, such as the providers that host this website, deliver our phone calls, emails and text messages, and store our client intake records. They are permitted to use your information only to perform that service for us.
If we are not able to handle your matter ourselves, we may refer it to another attorney or law firm, and we would share with them the information needed to evaluate it. We will tell you if that happens. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, when a court orders it, or when it is necessary to protect someone from harm.
Your immigration status is not something we ask about, and it is not something we report to anyone.
Confidentiality
Sending us information through this website does not by itself make us your lawyers, and it does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. We still treat what you tell us as confidential and we do not disclose it except as described in this policy.
Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@247justicelaw.com or call (855) 222-4151. We will respond within a reasonable time. In some cases we have to keep records even after a request to delete them, because rules that apply to attorneys require it, or because the information relates to a claim that is still open.
We will not treat you differently, or refuse to help you, because you exercised any of these rights.
How long we keep it
We keep intake information for as long as needed to evaluate and, if we take the case, to handle the matter, and afterwards for the period that the rules governing California attorneys require. We keep website analytics information for a shorter period.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that a determined attacker will never get through.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this site. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a minor who was injured.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will also make it noticeable on the site rather than quietly swapping the text. The effective date above always tells you which version you are reading.
